All goods can be returned for any reason within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (less our initial carriage costs). Once we have been notified, you have a further 14 days in which to return the goods to us. The return carriage cost will be at your expense. Once we have received the goods, we will issue the refund. All products must be in a re-saleable condition where possible and in the same packaging, otherwise you may be charged for these items.
If you require replacement goods instead of a refund, they will be sent
free of charge but the carriage cost for the re-delivery will be charged
at cost depending on the size of the order. If you prefer, you can
return goods by your own courier or drop off/collect in person.
If any goods are damaged or defective on the original delivery, we
will arrange to collect and replace these free of charge within 3
working days of notification. No claims will be accepted if we are
notified of any faults or damages 14 days after receipt of goods by the
customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
